I included some pumpkin mixture in with a Jamaican style dumpling dough. Then fried them in the usual way. Search Youtube for Jamaican fried dumpling where you can find a variety of fried dumpling recipes.
After cooking, I simply dipped mine in tomato ketchup. Next time I’ll try it with Levi Roots Reggae Reggae sauce. I expect that combination to make a good winter warmer too!
